The Group proudly employs over 500 staff, and operates out of 18 dealerships providing parts and service support for the agricultural, roads, civil construction, landscaping, mining and forestry sectors.
RDO Australia Group are currently seeking a talented Service Manager to be based at the St George Branch.
The role is a key leadership role within the Service team and is an integral part of our future success. In this role, you will develop strong relationships with our Technicians and customers to proactively ensure internal and external customer satisfaction while promoting all aspects of our brand in a professional manner.
About the role
The key responsibilities of this role will include but not limited to:
Team management to ensure that all employees are working in a safe environment, ensure all department targets are met including overall management of the scheduling of all service work and assignments.
Create and monitor annual service department benchmarks and budget, in alignment with the company’s financial and operational objectives ensuring all invoicing is correct and resolve any concerns immediately as well as ensure the processing of warranty claims is timely, monitoring any warranty sub-ledger for all pieces of equipment.
Proactively manage and maintain company property, including workshop equipment, vehicles, inventory, company-purchased tools and follow checkout guidelines.
