We are looking for a friendly, customer focused team player to join our team, 4-5 days per week (negotiable). This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a motivated and professional team who are passionate about customer service and delivering technical excellence. The successful applicant will be responsible for customer care, managing a paperless accounting system, internal policies and procedures, external compliance and some business development. They will be a mature, stable person, with excellent customer service skills, who operates efficiently, uses initiative and pays attention to detail. This person will have a happy disposition and be a good written and verbal communicator. This position is a management position with appropriate salary. Expressions of Interest with accompanying CV showing relevant experience, appreciated by Friday 10th July to emily@maranoamechanical.com.au Key Points Must have: Significant experience managing a multi-disciplinary team Good written and verbal communication skills Good interpersonal skills Plus either: Solid bookkeeping experience – Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable across various software programs Or: Parts Interpreting or Automotive Service Manager experience (book keeping responsibilities can be delegated, and position modified to suit this person) And preference given to Knowledge of local businesses, and farming businesses Knowledge of local area, including roads and towns
